Location, directions, and event details
This year, Cafe Kyiv will take place at the Colosseum Berlin.
This unique event space combines historic masonry with modern flair. With more than 2,500 seats, a large atrium, and 10 cinema rooms, the location offers our visitors the ideal conditions for a day of inspiration, new insights, and exchange.

How does the entry work?
- Please allow for possible waiting times despite holding a ticket. These may occur not only due to increased security measures, but also because of limited building capacity resulting from fire safety regulations and official requirements. Entry will therefore take place in staggered phases and depending on the situation.
- Please follow the instructions of the security staff and the event team on site.
- Please bring a valid photo ID.
- Entry is via QR code. Please have your QR code ready, either digitally or printed, and ensure that your device has sufficient battery charge.

Tickets can be purchased at the box office starting at 3:00 PM (subject to availability).
The box office entrance is located on Gleimstraße. Tickets cannot be purchased at the entrance on Schönhauser Allee.
Guests who have purchased a ticket for the first half of the day can try to get a ticket at the box office starting at 3:00 PM.

- Please pay attention to the ticket type and the time slot selected during registration. Depending on current capacity, entry may be restricted to this time slot.
- In order to allow as many guests as possible to attend, we kindly ask you to leave the building after your designated time slot or after the end of your planned visit, if capacity levels require this.

Please note: If you leave the building, re-entry is only possible subject to current capacity and may require you to queue again. This ensures that other visitors also have the opportunity to attend Cafe Kyiv.
What size of bag am I allowed to bring?
What size of bag am I allowed to bring?
For security reasons, each person is permitted to bring only one bag up to a maximum size of A4. Larger bags or rucksacks cannot be taken into the event.
There is no guarantee of storage facilities. Please bring only essential items.
Is it permitted to bring bottles?

Please do not bring any bottles. Glass bottles are not permitted on the premises.

Please do not bring dogs or other animals. Assistance dogs are exempt from this rule.
Can children attend the event?

- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or an accompanying adult. Responsibility for supervision remains with the parents or accompanying persons at all times.
- Please do not leave children unattended on the premises.
- Alcoholic beverages will be served on site. Statutory youth protection regulations apply. Alcohol will not be sold or served to minors. Please have identification available if required.
